How does the application process for Consultants work?
In the application process, we want to understand how you think, what drives you, and how you approach complex questions. After submitting your application online, the process may include an online assessment, interviews, case studies and a final conversation with a member of the management team. Roland Berger recommends allowing sufficient lead time before your ideal start date; the exact process and timing may vary by location and role.
During the interviews, we want to get to know you as a person: your motivation, your experiences and your reasons for choosing strategy consulting and Roland Berger. In the case interview, we are interested not only in the final answer, but in how you structure problems, develop hypotheses, deal with uncertainty and explain your thinking clearly.
