My career at Roland Berger began in 2011 as a working student.
At that time, it was completely beyond my imagination that I would one day be involved in shaping IT here both operationally and strategically.
My responsibilities were and still are very diverse, ranging from helping and later coordinating our IT support to setting up a mobile device management system to providing technical support for internal events.
In addition to the exciting tasks I work on in such a fast changing world (and especially the world of IT), I really appreciate the unique working atmosphere in our department and across the entire company.

In IT, we support the rapid growth of Roland Berger with everything from intelligent solutions for the automation of our processes to the evolution of our IT infrastructure and the complete digitalization of our consulting portfolio.
As a member of our IT team, you'll work closely with our consultants and with colleagues from Corporate Functions and will be able to apply your skills in state-of-the-art software development and project management methods in creative ways. You'll enable our employees to access new digital solutions and will help us to actively shape the future of our company.
