The execution challenge facing consumer companies
Consumer companies are facing mounting pressure to accelerate growth, protect margins, and adapt to rapid disruption. At the same time, many organizations are struggling with transformation fatigue.
Too many initiatives. Not enough alignment. Limited execution capacity. Increasing pressure to deliver impact faster.
“Too many transformation programs create activity without generating enough measurable impact,” said Timothy Derr. “The companies outperforming today are focusing on fewer priorities, aligning leadership teams faster, and embedding execution more deeply into the business. That’s where Roland Berger is differentiated: we stay until change is operationalized and results are delivered.”
The expanded North American Consumer platform reflects Roland Berger’s continued investment in helping consumer companies drive growth with greater focus, speed, and accountability.
The expanded North American Consumer platform supports clients build the capabilities that drive performance.
