Roland Berger surpasses €1bn in revenue, marking strongest year in firm history

Chicago, June 17, 2026

Chicago, June, 2026 – Global strategy consultancy Roland Berger generated revenues of €1.01bn in 2025, marking the strongest year in the firm’s history. Despite a more demanding market environment, the company achieved growth across all major regions, including double-digit growth in the Americas (+11%) and Asia (+19%).

Clients increasingly prioritized efficiency, measurable impact, and transformation execution in 2025. Growth was driven by projects focused on AI implementation, digital transformation, operational performance improvement, and supply chain optimization.

Marcus Berret , Global Managing Director at Roland Berger, said: “We are very proud of what we achieved in 2025, surpassing the mark of €1bn in revenues. Strong momentum across all major regions contributed to this success, with the Americas delivering double-digit growth and contributing significantly to the firm’s overall performance. This reflects increasing client demand for strategic and transformation support as companies navigate industrial shifts, technological disruption, and growing complexity across global markets.”

Strong regional growth in the Americas

The Americas was one of Roland Berger’s fastest-growing regions in 2025, supported by increasing client demand across sectors, including energy, chemicals, industrials, automotive, and consumer goods. The opening of Roland Berger’s Houston office further strengthened the firm’s presence in one of the world’s leading hubs for the energy and chemicals industries.

Stephan Keese, Managing Partner of Roland Berger’s North America practice, added: “The strong momentum in the Americas reflects a clear market need for pragmatic transformation support as companies navigate major shifts. Across AI adoption, supply chain resilience, and industrial modernization, organizations increasingly seek expertise that combines strategic insight with execution capabilities to deliver measurable business impact.”

Expansion of global capabilities and AI-enablement

Roland Berger further expanded its global footprint in 2025 with the opening of its Sydney office, establishing a presence on all continents. The firm also strengthened its expertise through targeted investments and acquisitions in high-growth sectors, including restructuring and battery consulting.

The firm also continues to expand its AI ecosystem through investments such as CNTR, a startup focused on collaborative AI solutions for industrial applications. Through CNTR, founded by serial entrepreneur Jonas Andrulis, Roland Berger is also actively supporting the next phase of industrial AI transformation.
