With nearly two decades of experience spanning consulting and industry, Abhijit helps organizations improve product economics, strengthen supply chains, and accelerate operational performance. He has led large-scale transformation programs for global OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, private equity portfolio companies, and industrial manufacturers, delivering significant value through strategic sourcing, design-to-cost initiatives, supplier network optimization, and end-to-end operational improvements.

Abhijit brings deep expertise in digital procurement transformation and the application of AI and advanced analytics to sourcing, supply risk management, and cost optimization. His experience also includes supporting private equity investors through commercial and operational due diligence as well as post-acquisition value creation programs.

Prior to joining Roland Berger, Abhijit held leadership roles in product development and operational excellence positions. He holds an MBA from Northwestern University, a master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University, and a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northcap University.
