Alexis Spyrou is a Principal in Roland Berger's London office, within the firm's Transactions & Investor Services practice.

Alexis has led more than 70 commercial and vendor due diligence engagements across a wide range of industries, with a particular focus on business and professional services. His transaction experience spans professional services providers across multiple verticals, including energy optimisation and sustainability advisory, environmental services, asset-light waste management, specialist consultancies, accounting and advisory, legal and IP services, software, and expert network agencies.

He also has significant experience in the automotive and aviation sectors, having advised on due diligence engagements for leading global cargo and ground handling providers, a global civil and military aerospace MRO provider, a UK-based automotive testing services provider, and a leading UK traffic management company.

Beyond transaction advisory, Alexis has delivered strategic improvement projects across a range of sectors, including an infrastructure investment strategy for a global sovereign wealth fund, a five-year strategy for a leading UK beds and mattresses supplier, a sustainability strategy for a leading global airline, and an electrification strategy for a global Tier 1 automotive supplier.

Alexis holds a BA (Hons) in Economics from the University of Cambridge.
