Britta Mittler
Britta Mittler is a Senior Partner based in Frankfurt, having joined Roland Berger in March 2026. She brings over 25 years of international experience in corporate transformation, M&A execution, carve-outs, post-merger integration, and value creation programs, combined with a strong track record as a serial Interim CFO.
Her expertise covers the full lifecycle of complex transactions and transformation mandates. She has led multiple corporate carve-outs across industries, including distressed situations and carve-outs embedded in large-scale pre-merger planning processes. As a serial Interim CFO, she has taken on operational leadership responsibilities, driving significant cost-out programs and enhancing financial governance in demanding environments.
Her value creation and cost-out work spans rapid diagnostic exercises, development of detailed implementation plans, sales effectiveness initiatives, footprint optimization, and early warning risk management systems. She has delivered transformation programs for PE-backed companies as well as large corporate clients across Europe and internationally.
Her career spans senior roles at leading global advisory and consulting firms, as well as a background in investment banking, strategic controlling, and investor relations. Earlier in her career, she also founded and ran her own management consultancy for over a decade.
She holds a Diploma in Economics and is fluent in German and English, with conversational proficiency in French. Her industry focus includes Construction and Infrastructure, Healthcare, as well as Financial Services and Insurance.
