
Christian Heinis joined Roland Berger's Paris office in 2007 after having spent three years with GE in various European countries. In 2014, he transferred to the Greater China office, where he now acts as international liaison for French and European companies operating in China.
During his time with Roland Berger, Mr. Heinis has led a wide range of international projects across sectors such as financial services, utilities, process industries, oil & gas, defense and infrastructure. His areas of expertise include corporate transformation, operational efficiency, reorganization, international expansion and market entry strategy.
Mr. Heinis has a master's degree in Science from Ecole Centrale de Lyon and a Master of Engineering Management from Duke University.
