He has built his career at the intersection of top-tier consulting and high-impact public organizations, leading complex programs in strategic transformation (PMO/SMO), performance optimization, digital enablement, operational excellence, and institutional design and restructuring. His strength lies in translating strategic intent into tangible, data-driven outcomes through execution-focused delivery.

Hani has held senior leadership roles across the Middle East, UK, and Australia—spearheading enterprise-wide transformations and performance improvement programs.

His sector expertise spans Centers of Government (CoG), social development, education, healthcare, and Government-Related Entities (GREs). He has played a key role in shaping national strategies, enhancing delivery models, and building high-performing institutions grounded in collaboration and impact.

Hani holds an MBA in Strategic Management and Organizational Leadership, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Software Engineering, both from Melbourne, Australia.
