Ibai has over 20 years of consulting experience across the materials and process industries, capital goods, manufacturing, and infrastructure sectors, with a focus on water and energy projects.

He has played a key role in expanding international operations, having launched strategy consulting practices in Mexico and Colombia, and establishing the Middle East headquarters in Riyadh.

Ibai specialises in turning ideas into actionable strategies, with deep expertise in feasibility studies, PPPs, market entry, diversification, and growth strategies. He has advised clients across Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East.

He speaks Spanish, English, and Basque, and is continuing to develop his German. Ibai holds an MBA from Deusto Business School, a marketing specialisation from University College Cork, and has completed executive programmes at IESE Business School in multicultural project management.
