
Yvonne Ruf
Yvonne Ruf is a Senior Partner at the Düsseldorf Office with a focus on energy and infrastructure. She co-leads Roland Berger's Sustainability and Climate Action team and is part of the DACH Management Team.
Yvonne's business focus is on creating value in energy and infrastructure through strategy and business transformation, leveraging opportunities from new technologies and markets, monetizing the business opportunities from climate action as well as supporting investors in this space.
She supports clients across all industries, mostly in energy, infrastructure owners and operators, logistics and transportation, as well as in the cleantech space. Yvonne supports clients in preparing capital investments, developing and implementing strategies that work in practice as well as setting up effective organizations.
She is specialized in preparing, de-risking and managing large transformation and investment projects to bring them from the first idea to successful financing and implementation. Yvonne supports clients in emission reduction, increasing sustainability and reducing risks in the supply chains, shifting business models and the portfolio as well as introducing new technologies. She is an expert in hydrogen and fuel cell applications. She has also worked extensively in the public sector and on stakeholder engagement processes, creating the consensus needed for large transformations.
Yvonne holds an MSc Degree in International Political Economy from London School of Economics.
