Diego is a seasoned strategy and sustainability leader with deep expertise in addressing complex strategic and operational challenges across diverse sectors, including energy, infrastructure, technology, and industrial goods.
Before joining Roland Berger as a Senior Partner, Diego led a strategy and implementation business across North and South America. He is also a former founder and partner of a consulting firm dedicated to enhancing sustainability, energy efficiency, and the overall value proposition of real estate and infrastructure projects. Additionally, Diego co-founded a renewable energy solutions company.
Earlier in his career, Diego was a consultant specializing in distributed energy resources, renewable energy, and utility transformations as a core member of an energy practice.
A frequent speaker at international conferences in the U.S., Europe, and South America, Diego holds a Doctorate and a Master's degree from Harvard University. He is also a Fulbright Scholar.
