He joined Roland Berger in 2024 and brings more than 15 years of professional experience across corporate strategy, transaction advisory, and financial management. He has led and supported numerous buy-side and sell-side commercial due diligence engagements as well as post-merger integration projects for both strategic and financial investors. His expertise includes cross-border transactions, portfolio value enhancement, and investment decision support in complex capital-intensive industries.
Prior to joining Roland Berger, he gained experience in corporate strategy and finance within a leading industrial group, as well as in global strategy consultancy firms. Through these roles, he developed strong capabilities in financial analysis, strategic planning, and execution-focused transformation.
Hogil holds a degree in Economics from Seoul National University.
