Lou Jian is a Roland Berger Senior Advisor. He has more than 18 years of strategy consulting experience, mainly focused on financial, business and investment services in the Chinese market. His work centres on corporate strategy, strategic marketing, retail transformation and performance improvement.
He has also led a number of cross-border market entry and merger & acquisitions projects, serving both large international and leading Chinese clients. Lou Jian has extensive experience working with multicultural teams within China and internationally, leading capability transfer programs between foreign clients and their Chinese partners.
Lou Jian started his career at a leading financial services conglomerate in Shanghai, where he served as Project Manager in project advisory and financial product innovation. Prior to joining Roland Berger, he was a Partner and Financial Services Practice leader for China at a boutique global strategy firm.
Lou Jian holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Oxford University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics
