Lucas is a pure home-grown Consultant, as he started in the company as an intern 10 years ago, before rejoining as a Junior Consultant in 2015 after graduating from ESSEC Business School.

Over the years, he developed a strong expertise in both Consumer Goods & Retail (with a focus on Specialized Retail) and Tourism & Leisure; mainly working on strategic planning or investor support assignments.

Looking forward, Lucas will keep supporting our growth and the development of our value proposition in these verticals, while maintaining his strong HR involvement in the company.
