Matthias Rueckriegel is a Senior Partner and since 2016 Chief Financial Officer at Roland Berger, which he joined in 2011. Finance transformation is on top of his agenda – from financing topics, over the continuous upgrade of processes and systems through to the smart use of Artificial Intelligence. This is an overarching theme in addition to daily operations in accounting, controlling, legal, tax and treasury & corporate finance.

Having worked in consulting, investment banking and corporate roles, he brings various perspectives and over 25 years of experience in key finance and strategy dimensions, including corporate finance, M&A, ECM and refinancing across different industries. Matthias Rueckriegel holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Justus Liebig University in Giessen and attended executive education programs at Wharton Business School in Philadelphia and Harvard Business School in Boston.
