
Max Pueschner
Max Pueschner is a Principal at Roland Berger and a core member of the Digital Leadership Team in the Middle East. He shapes the firm’s regional work on IT Excellence and Smart Cities, advising both public and private sector clients on strategic transformation and innovation.
Max joined Roland Berger in 2018 in the Frankfurt office, following several years with technology consulting firms. He later relocated to the Middle East, where he has since supported high-impact programs across diverse industries, combining deep expertise in IT strategy, large-scale transformation, and implementation excellence. In parallel, Max has been closely involved in shaping national Smart City agendas, including end-to-end realization governance.
With broad international experience across Central Europe, North America, and the Middle East, Max brings a global perspective to his work. He holds a Master in Management from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management in Germany and an MBA from Tulane University in the United States.
