Patrick is a Partner in Roland Berger's Canadian practice, leading the Operations practice in Canada and a member of the Consumer Goods & Retail leadership team. He has over 20 years of experience in management consulting, focusing on large corporate transformations, full potential programs, cost and operational turnarounds.

Patrick works with clients across a wide range of industries, including consumer goods & retail, industrials, airlines and services. He helps them achieve sustainable growth, operational excellence, and competitive advantage by designing and implementing innovative solutions that leverage his engineering background and analytical skills. He is passionate about delivering high impact and value for his clients and leading high-performing teams.

He graduated from Polytechnique in Montreal (Industrial Engineering) and INPG in France (ENSGI - Industrial Engineering).
