Paul Simon

Paul Simon is a Principal in Roland Berger's Consumer Goods and Retail (CGR) practice in Paris.

Paul joined Roland Berger in 2016 as a Junior Consultant. Since then, he has developed a strong industry background in various segments of the broad CGR space such as Beauty (including brands, retailers, CDMOs, and packaging specialists), Sport (including retailers, brands, manufacturers, and infrastructure operators), Fashion, and Home Equipment.

His expertise areas cover growth strategies, transaction and investor services, as well as organizational transformations.

Paul has extensive international project experience covering Europe, North America, and the Middle East.

Paul holds a Master in Management degree from ESCP Business School. He studied in France, the UK and the United States.
