Philipp has deep expertise in the transportation industries, particularly in airports, travel retail, toll road operators, and airlines. He is working for leading private and public clients in these areas. His functional focuses include Growth Strategy & New Business Development, Digital Strategy, and Customer Experience & Sales, as well as Organizational & Process Design. In addition, Philipp has strong expertise in Advanced Analytics-driven strategy development, developing strategic measures based on insights from big data.
Philipp started his consulting career at a strategy firm in 2011. His past experience includes roles in the automotive and mobility industry, growing public sector business (including infrastructure), and building and heading a Practice Group for travel and transportation.
Philipp studied Business Administration at Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich, ESSEC Business School (France) and Warwick Business School. He completed his Ph.D. in International Management at ESCP Europe Business School in Berlin.
