Rohit Bhatia is a Director in Roland Berger's Transaction and Investor Services practice in Southeast Asia with a focus on M&A investor support. He works with financial investors including Private Equity, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Infrastructure Funds, and strategic investors in the pre-deal through commercial due diligence, operational due diligence, fund investment strategy and target screening and in post-deal value creation.
He has over 15 years of strategy consulting experience, of which more than 10 years were spent supporting financial investors conducting more than 100 due diligences over a range of industries. His primary focus industries include Consumer Goods & Retail, Healthcare, Infrastructure and Agribusiness.
Rohit has worked across Southeast Asia, Australia and Europe and holds an MBA from National University of Singapore with a focus on strategy and finance; and Bachelor of Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering.
