Sierk Wiegers is a Principal at Roland Berger, specializing in the professional services sector. He advises clients on strategy, governance, organization, technology and AI, and performance improvement. Sierk works with a broad range of professional services firms, including law firms, HR service providers, and accounting firms, as well as financial sponsors investing in or evaluating opportunities across the sector. His experience spans engagements throughout Europe, and he is based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Econometrics and a Master’s degree in Quantitative Finance from Erasmus University Rotterdam, and an MBA from INSEAD. Sierk joined Roland Berger in 2017.
