Sourabh is a seasoned management consultant with over 20 years of experience mainly in the Telecom, Media, and Technology (TMT) sector. He has deep expertise in strategy development, business planning, performance transformation, cost optimization, and due diligence. He also specializes in emerging growth areas within the telecom sector such as fintech/payments, esports/gaming, and ecommerce.
He has successfully managed multiple projects for telecom and technology companies across Middle East, Africa, Europe, and Asia on various topics. Before joining Roland Berger, Sourabh was with a German-based boutique consulting and prior to that, with a specialized European telecom-only focused consultancy firm.
Sourabh holds a Master’s degree in Management Studies from the University of Mumbai, India, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Allahabad, India.
