Dr. Thomas Richter is a partner in our Düsseldorf office. He has over 15 years of consulting and corporate development experience in the financial services industry. He is also an expert in wealth management as well as institutional asset management.
From 2017 until 2021 Thomas worked for a leading German private bank where he was Head of Corporate Development & Strategy. He was also Chief Operating Officer for its institutional asset management subsidiary. Furthermore, Thomas served as a member of the supervisory board in an Austrian investment advisory company as well as in a German alternative asset management company. During his professional career, Thomas has gained deep expertise in M&A transactions, post-merger integration, strategic planning, sales management, product management, growth strategies, and cost-cutting projects.
Thomas holds a PhD in economics from Heinrich Heine Universität Düsseldorf.
