MIMA 2024: Award Ceremony at Hannover Messe

The winners of this year’s prestigious Microsoft Intelligent Manufacturing Award (MIMA) will take center stage at Hannover Messe, with Roland Berger MD Marcus Berret and Microsoft CVP Kathleen Mitford handing over the awards in a ceremony on April 24.

MIMA, jointly organized by Microsoft and Roland Berger, seeks to honor pioneering digital solutions in the manufacturing sector across EMEA. The focus is on transformative projects in Operations, i.e. production, purchasing, supply chain management or engineering.

Tiago is an experienced management consultant specialized in the TMT sector and brings 22+ years of exposure to top-tier operators and regulators in the Middle East, Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa.

Tiago has led consulting engagements across a broad spectrum of business topics including Corporate Strategy, Go-to-Market Strategy, ICT Ecosystems Enablement, Digital Transformation, Operating Model Simplification and Performance Management, amongst others. In addition, he also specializes in new growth platforms within the TMT sector such as Gaming and ICT Portfolios / Extended Offering of Telcos.

Before joining Roland Berger, Tiago worked in TMT strategy consulting, after moving to the Middle East in 2017. Prior to that he was with top international consultancy firms for 14+ years focused in the TMT sector.

Tiago completed an Executive Telecoms Program at the Nova School of Business and Economics and holds a BSc Degree in Industrial Engineering from the New University of Lisbon.
