Wiebke Stranz has been with Roland Berger since 2017 and advises clients in the public sector and healthcare. Her consulting projects revolve around topics such as strategy development, national reform and transformation projects, reorganizations and complex stakeholder management. Wiebke Stranz clients range from a large number of federal ministries, federal authorities and healthcare organizations.
Her aim is to build long-term and trusting client relationships based on a cooperative consulting approach and to accompany projects from strategy development to implementation.
Between 2019 and 2021, Wiebke Stranz was Director at a large German medical technology company and successfully built up a consulting unit within the group as part of this role. Clients included university hospitals and hospital chains in particular.
Wiebke Stranz studied business administration in Mannheim, Leipzig and Texas and holds a master's degree and doctorate in business administration from HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management.
