Yugo Maejima

Yugo is a Principal at Roland Berger’s Tokyo office, and a core member in Consumer Goods and Retail.

His expertise spans business due-diligence, long-term strategy, overseas strategy, new business development, PMI(Post Merger Integration) and BPR(business process reengineering).

He focuses on new business strategy with DX and business turnaround in recent years.

Before joining Roland Berger, he worked for a U.S consulting company and a Japanese consulting company.

Yugo holds a BA in economics from Keio university in Japan.
