For the first time, Roland Berger Strategy Consultants is holding a workshop for bachelor students. "Be a pioneer" will show 16 German students how the company works. Participants will spend 1.5 days working on a real sports marketing case study. The event is geared toward bachelor students in their second or third year of study who already have initial experience working at an international company. The workshop is scheduled to take place in Düsseldorf on June 2 and 3. Interested students can apply to attend the workshop at www.be-a-pioneer.rolandberger.com until May 12.
Roland Berger Strategy Consultants is looking for bachelor students with a pioneer's spirit and new, creative ideas. At the "Be a pioneer" event in Düsseldorf on June 2 and 3, sixteen German students will gain insights into the work of a leading international strategy consultancy. Working in small teams supported by consultants, they will develop strategic approaches to a real client project in sports marketing. At the end of the workshop, each team will present its results to a jury of Roland Berger consultants. The best proposal will be rewarded with a small prize.
The 1.5-day workshop will be an opportunity for participants to establish contacts to Roland Berger consultants and inform themselves on their career prospects in international strategy consulting.
In addition, students can use the "Be a pioneer" event to find out if they are well-suited to a career in strategy consulting. The recruiting workshop aims to create interest in Roland Berger Strategy Consultants' Consulting Analyst program, an initiative especially designed for holders of bachelor's degrees. Once they have completed their bachelor's degree, graduates can spend 9-12 months as Consulting Analysts at Roland Berger. The program provides them with valuable experience as part of an international consulting team before they move on to graduate school.
For its "Be a pioneer" program, Roland Berger Strategy Consultants seeks candidates who ideally have some international experience, and who have already gained practical qualifications through internships.
Application forms and more detailed information about the event can be found at www.be-a-pioneer.rolandberger.com . The contact person for applicants is Stefanie Roßdeutsch, who can be contacted at +49-89-9230-9805.
