CRM Marketing Specialist

As a CRM Marketing Specialist, you will serve as the primary contact for users and corporate teams (Marketing, IT, and others) on all CRM topics related to marketing processes. You will work closely with corporate marketers and system users to provide operational support, resolve user requests, and drive process improvements. Acting as the link between business needs and technical solutions, you will help shape CRM usage and enhance campaign performance across the organization.
We are looking for a professional with hands-on experience in CRM-enabled marketing processes and performance analysis, ideally within professional services. Strong communication skills, a results-oriented and analytical mindset, and technical proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and marketing automation tools are essential to succeed in this role.
Position description – Your fields of activity at a glance
- Act as the main contact for users and internal teams for all operational CRM questions related to marketing processes, including user support, training, and documentation
- Handle requests for contact & account management, marketing processes, and support the creation of views, lists, workflows, and reports.
- Monitor and maintain data synchronization and data quality processes at the interface of CRM and marketing automation to ensure consistent customer and lead data
- Design, test and optimize workflows and features to improve CRM, sales, and marketing efficiency, including regular reporting and data quality management
- Manage backlog and support the definition of epics and user stories for marketing-related CRM topics
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Systems, or Business Informatics
- 2–4 years of professional experience in CRM (preferably Dynamics 365), marketing operations, or marketing automation (HubSpot), ideally in a B2B environment
- Strong communication skills with a high customer- and service-orientation towards internal stakeholders
- Very good command of English, German is a plus
- Proficiency in data imports/exports, basic SQL and data manipulation knowledge in Excel; confident in analyzing large datasets and CRM-related data
- Structured, analytical, and detail-oriented working style; comfortable documenting and improving processes
