Tom Hartmann
Tom Hartmann is a Principal at Roland Berger in Frankfurt. Within the firm’s Restructuring, Performance and Transformation (RPT) platform he is responsible for insolvency-related advisory.
He advises domestic and international companies in complex distressed situations, focusing on out-of-court and in-court restructurings. Tom conceptualizes and implements targeted restructuring concepts and helps shareholders, management and creditors protect their interests in high-impact restructuring situations in consensual, negotiated as well as court-led majority-driven setups.
Tom holds management and legal degrees from European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel, EMLyon in France and Ruprecht-Karls University of Heidelberg.
