Marcus Wolf is a Partner and member of the Restructuring, Performance and Transaction (RPT) platform team in Roland Berger's Frankfurt office. In addition to leading turnaround and performance projects, he advises companies, owners and financiers with a focus on finance-driven restructuring situations, complex refinancing as well as optimising and supporting the CFO area.
In various industries, he often acts in special situations at the interface of different stakeholders such as management, owners as well as legal and financial advisors.
Marcus Wolf has been with Roland Berger since 2013 and studied at the University of Witten/Herdecke and the London Business School.
