Dr. Leonard Schwellnus is a Principal in Roland Berger’s Munich office and a member of the firm’s European Restructuring & Turnaround team. He advises companies in special situations and their creditors on operational restructurings, holistic restructuring concepts, independent business reviews, outside-in analyses and liquidity management.

His work focuses in particular on complex, often cross-border restructuring situations involving international private credit investors and their portfolio companies.

Leonard studied International Business Administration at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management and London Business School, and completed his doctorate at the Chair of Management Accounting at the Technical University of Munich, focusing on corporate restructuring.
