"To me, 'Be the Original You' means leaning into what makes your perspective different and using that as a strength rather than trying to fit into a predefined mold."
Why Roland Berger?
Roland Berger stands out for me for its strong culture of collaboration, high-impact projects, and opportunity to continuously grow alongside talented and supportive teams.
What does “Be the Original You” mean to you?
To me, “Be the Original You” means leaning into what makes your perspective different and using that as a strength rather than trying to fit into a predefined mold. In a role like mine, originality comes from how you interpret ideas, how you communicate them, and how you connect with different audiences. The more authentic and intentional you are in that process, the more meaningful and effective your work becomes.
How do you contribute uniquely to your team's success?
I contribute by bringing a strong understanding of how to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging content that resonates with different audiences. Whether it’s shaping messaging, structuring narratives, or identifying the right channels and formats, I focus on making sure the work doesn’t just exist, but actually connects and performs.
What has been your favorite project so far and why?
One of my favorite projects has been working on our "Beyond the Deck" podcast. What makes it stand out is the idea of going beyond the slides and typical consulting narratives to focus on the people, perspectives, and real conversations behind them. It reflects Roland Berger’s ability to combine rigorous thinking with a more human and authentic approach to how ideas are shared, which is something I find both meaningful and impactful.
What have you experienced at Roland Berger that university never prepared you for?
University definitely didn’t prepare me for how much coordination, alignment, and last-minute changes can happen behind a single post or campaign.
What advice would you give to someone considering joining Roland Berger?
Be proactive and don’t wait to be told what to do. The more you take initiative, ask questions, and involve yourself, the more you’ll get out of the experience.
