European Female Talent Program

Start your journey in consulting

During our 24-month entry program, you will work on exciting projects, get to know two other European Roland Berger offices in addition to your home base, and build an international network.

Regular training and special coaching for female consultants will foster your personal and professional development. You can look forward to numerous networking events in our Women@RolandBerger community and meet other female consultants from other practice groups and offices. You will have the support of a female mentor throughout your journey.
