After doing my master's degrees in interior design and systemic design, I had to decide which direction to take my career in.
I decided on Roland Berger, because the company's European roots are a great fit for my international background and my Italian ancestry. I joined Roland Berger as a Digital Designer,
where I've been able to let my interests develop and unfold and I've had the chance to work on exciting UX/UI projects and develop several office branding strategies.
I never would have expected to be working so creatively outside of the agency world – I'm always working on new topics and new things, and that's what makes the work here so varied and interesting for me.

So, you like the look of our publications? You can work as an expert at our various offices worldwide to influence our external image every day and support us with the company's B2B content marketing & global corporate campaigns.
As a member of our motivated design team, you will translate our global topics of the future into exciting multichannel campaigns and digital storytelling. In our in-house studio, you'll create imagery for our website, social media channels and mobile touchpoints and stage it impactfully within videos/motion projects.
As a graphics and PowerPoint pro, you'll support our consultants worldwide with creating and optimizing client presentations and use your expertise to make key contributions to a professional and compelling image for our company – whether that's in pitches to win new business partners or in visualizing content as part of ongoing projects.

After graduating with a degree in graphic design, I started with an internship at Roland Berger in Hamburg and now I've been reworking presentations for our consultants worldwide
for the past 17 years. Various trainings have enabled me to gain insights into other fields, such as designing event materials or giveaways. My job also involves installing the templates for our proprietary RB Ribbon in PowerPoint.
I have some great memories of the fantastic team events we've had: up a mountain near Munich with an amazing view, or playing beach volleyball in Mallorca. It's an exciting journey and I'm glad to be on it!
