I've been on hand for our guests and employees as a helpful and friendly receptionist at our head office in Munich for more than 35 years now. In person and on the phone, I am a key contact person for any inquiries and for requests large and small – I do my best
to find a solution for everything.
My job also involves event catering as well as coordinating and managing our meeting rooms – my own small contribution to helping our many meetings and events run smoothly.

Whether it's the first "good morning" at reception or arranging the catering for internal and external events or overseeing our car fleet, as a member of the Administration team you'll make sure that the working day runs smoothly for various teams within the company.
You might also be ensuring professional travel expense accounting or handling facility and real estate management for our offices.
