Balazs is a Principal in Roland Berger’s North American Transactions & Investor Support (TIS) practice, where he advises private equity and infrastructure investors across sectors and investment strategies. Since joining the firm in 2016, he has led engagements across the U.S. and Europe spanning transactions, value creation, and investment strategy. Balazs holds finance degrees from the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU) and Erasmus University Rotterdam.
