Balazs Kolbenheyer

Balazs is a Principal on Roland Berger's North American team, where he helps clients improve performance and optimize capital efficiency across a broad range of industries. Since joining the firm in 2016, he has led complex, multi-stakeholder engagements across the U.S. and Europe. His expertise spans large-scale transformations, infrastructure projects, and investment strategies. Balazs holds finance degrees from the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU) and Erasmus University Rotterdam.
