Benedikt Rickmers is a Senior Partner at Roland Berger and a member of the German Management Board. He leads the global practice group “Corporate Performance”. As an expert in holistic corporate transformations, he focuses on value creation, industry transformations, turnaround programs, and holistic cost optimization.

He has successfully managed numerous projects, particularly in the automotive industry (OEMs and suppliers), the energy industry, the telecommunications industry, and the testing, inspection and certification industry (“TIC”). He has worked in Europe, North and South America, and the emerging markets. His project successes are based on financially measurable effects and sustainable implementation, particularly in challenging industrial transformations of listed companies and conglomerates.

Before joining Roland Berger in 2019, Benedikt Rickmers was a partner in a German boutique consultancy and studied law at the University of Bayreuth and LMU Munich. He has also written numerous legal articles on capital markets and financial law. He is further involved with the “Bayerische EliteAkademie” (BEA) in promoting talented students.
