Christoph Schmid is an healthcare expert and advises clients primarily in the hospital, medical technology and homecare sector.
He joined Roland Berger’s Munich office and the RPT platform in 2018 after working several years in the MedTech and consulting industry.
Christoph contributed to the development of major key accounts in the healthcare team and led comprehensive performance improvement and strategy projects. He has co-authored multiple studies such as the annual Roland Berger Hospital or Roland Berger MedTech@Hospital study.
Christoph graduated in Business Administration from HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management.
