Darot Dy

Darot Dy is a Principal at Roland Berger and a core member of the Aerospace & Defense team.

He joined Roland Berger in 2020 and brings more than 15 years of experience in industry and in strategic advisory, exclusively dedicated to the Defense & Space sector, building his career between France and Germany.

Operating at the interface of industrial players, governments and armed forces, Darot has developed deep expertise in defense ecosystems and industrial cooperation, working with stakeholders globally.

Darot is an expert in supporting public and private defense & space organizations in the development of industrial, growth and transformation strategies in the context of the European defense production ramp-up and the increasing focus on strategic autonomy.

He works with both legacy and new players, supporting them on market entry strategies, industrial footprint design, M&A, capability build-up and long-term positioning within the evolving European defense and space landscape.

He studied at the Institut Polytechnique des Sciences Avancées (IPSA) and at École supérieure de commerce de Paris (ESCP Business School), and is a Young Auditor of The Institute for Higher National Defence Studies (IHEDN).
