Florian is a member of our global automotive supplier team. He joined Roland Berger in 2013 and has extensive experience in large-scale performance improvement and transformation programs for the automotive supplier industry. Over the last decade, he has advised automotive clients in China, France, Germany, Spain and Switzerland. Besides that, Florian manages the automotive marketing activities in Europe and is a regular trainer during kick-off events.
Having spent two years in China and Sweden, respectively, he holds degrees in Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics, the Tongji University Shanghai and the Catholic University Eichstaett-Ingolstadt.
