Florian Deichmueller is a Partner in our global automotive supplier team and heads Roland Berger’s Berlin office. He joined Roland Berger in 2013 and has extensive experience in large-scale performance improvement and transformation programs for the automotive supplier industry. Over the last decade, he has mostly advised automotive clients in China, France, Germany, Spain and Switzerland.

Having spent two years in China and Sweden, respectively, he holds degrees in Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics, the Tongji University Shanghai and the Catholic University Eichstaett-Ingolstadt.
