Florian Gerhart
Florian Gerhart is a Principal at Roland Berger in Munich and part of the firm’s Restructuring, Performance and Transformation (RPT) platform.
He advises German and international companies in complex and distressed situations, focusing on strategic, operational, and financial restructuring as well as large-scale transformation programs. Florian has extensive experience in developing restructuring concepts, conducting independent business reviews (IBR), and supporting management teams with liquidity planning, integrated business plans and CxO support.
His project work spans multiple industries, with particular focus on consumer goods, retail & agriculture, and includes mandates across Central Europe and North America.
Florian holds a degree in Business Administration from Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich and Vienna University of Economics and Business with international study experience in France and Denmark. He is a member of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA).
