Jonas Lehmann is a Principal in Roland Berger's Munich office. His consulting focus lies in the scaling and commercialization of innovative technologies — with a particular emphasis on life sciences and medical technology.

He brings deep technical expertise, strong capabilities in strategy development and financing, and a proven track record in building high-performance innovation ecosystems. Throughout his career, he has led numerous projects for scale-ups, large corporations, and government institutions across Europe, the United States, and the Middle East.

Jonas Lehmann studied Physics at the Technical University of Munich and at the Max Planck Institute for Intelligent Systems in Stuttgart. He also holds a Master of Honours in Technology Management from the Center for Digital Technology and Management in Munich. Following the completion of his studies, he founded and led a start-up in the field of brain-computer interfacing.
