Martin Hölz
Martin Hölz is a Partner at Roland Berger's Stuttgart Office and a member of the leadership team for Digital & IT Excellence.
Martin joined Roland Berger in November 2025 and has gained long-term professional experience in holding numerous Top Management positions, including Supervisory Board mandates, in particular Group CIO and corporate business positions in large global companies within the automotive, manufacturing and utilities industry. He also acted several years as Lead Partner at a leading global professional services firm.
Along with his prominent industry- and business process-knowledge, he has extensive experience in organizational development & IT / AI and has overseen various complex IT change- and business transformation situations.
Martin is also an active worker in associations and institutions. He was several years Member of the Presidium at VOICE e.V. – ‘Bundesverband der IT-Anwender’ and Member of the Advisory Board at ‘Cybersecurity State of Baden-Württemberg’. He is also a lecturer at the Albstadt-Sigmaringen University and holds a PhD (Dr. rer. pol.) from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management.
