Matthias Weiss is a Principal in Roland Berger’s Frankfurt office and part of the global platform RPT (Restructuring, Performance, Transformation & Transaction). He joined the firm in 2020 and brings over 14 years of experience advising C-level executives with a strong focus on finance and restructuring topics.
His expertise includes CFO advisory, finance transformation, business and financial planning, liquidity and performance management, as well as complex restructuring and turnaround projects. This encompasses restructuring concepts (IDW S6), independent business reviews (IBR), plan validations, and cost optimization.
Matthias serves clients across various industries, including automotive suppliers, chemicals, software, and financial services. Since 2020, he also lectures on "Accounting, Controlling & Business Planning" at Karl Ruprecht University in Heidelberg.
