Nils Keller
Nils is a partner and seasoned M&A advisor at Roland Berger. He leads the tech M&A activities within the M&A/Financial Advisory team. He has nearly 20 years of experience advising medium-sized companies, investors, founders, and corporate groups on national and international M&A transactions.
He has extensive experience with both buy-side and sell-side support, helping his clients solve succession issues, realize value, raise capital, and find the right partners for further growth. He has developed a strong background in the software, IT, and tech-enabled services industries.
Before joining Roland Berger in 2025, he gained M&A and corporate finance experience in Frankfurt while working for international M&A advisory firms, including a secondment to Singapore. Nils studied business administration at the University of Technology Berlin and Montana State University in the USA.
