Sascha Kleebaur is a Senior Partner at Roland Berger's People & Organization Platform and part of the global leadership team.

Sascha joined Roland Berger in 2025 and has more than 18 years of strategy consulting experience mainly in the Industrial Goods, Automotive, MedTech and Consumer Business sectors. He is an Expert in Organization Strategy and Transformation, Target Operating Model Design, Role of the Centre definition, and Excellence in Support Function transformations with a focus on Human Resources, Finance, Supply Chain and Procurement. In addition, Sascha is a globally recognized Expert in Global Business Services Transformations where he led over 30 global programs from strategy to execution with up to 13.000 FTE in scope.

Sascha works collaboratively with our clients mainly in Europe but also North America and Asia.
