Frederick Van Gysegem
Frederick Van Gysegem is Global Co-Head of the People & Organization practice. He advises boards, governments and executive teams across the Middle East and Europe on large-scale transformation, governance and organizational performance. His work focuses on aligning strategy, operating models and human capabilities in an era where digital and AI are redefining how organizations create value.
Frederick is a trusted advisor on workforce transformation, public sector modernization and economic development agendas. He supports leaders in turning strategic ambition into institutional capability.
He holds a PhD in Economics from Ghent University and was a visiting researcher at Queen’s University Belfast. Prior to joining Roland Berger, he worked in asset management and advised governments. He also holds a Master’s degree in Economics and an M.Sc. in Banking and Finance.
