Frederick Van Gysegem joined Roland Berger's Brussels office in 2014. His consulting work focuses on strategical questions for actors in the financial and public sector, both at the local and international level.
In recent years, Frederick has developed deep functional expertise in workforce transformation, and has been a regular advisor to governments, agencies, and sector associations on labor market topics. He also consults large organizations and HR service providers on their skills roadmap and related strategical topics.
Frederick completed his PhD in financial economics from Ghent University in 2013 and was a visiting researcher at Queen’s University in Belfast. Prior to joining Roland Berger, he worked in asset management and for governments. He also holds a Master’s degree in economics and an M.Sc. in Banking and Finance.
