Sassan Hatam is a Partner in Roland Berger's Middle East offices. He focuses on driving corporate performance improvement programs covering topics such as strategic re-alignment, M&A and divestitures, restructuring and reorganization, and operational excellence. He has helped re-shaping companies in a diverse set of industries ranging from construction to telecoms. He goes beyond concept definition and thrives on providing hands-on implementation support.

Sassan holds a degree in European Management from ESCP European School of Management Paris and City University London.
