Sean Stephens

Sean Stephens is a Partner in the Transaction Investor Support team, specializing in commercial due diligence and strategic advisory for private equity investors and portfolio companies. With over two decades of experience, Sean has led more than 200 buy- and sell-side engagements across industrials, business services, consumer, and related sectors. He brings deep expertise in evaluating market dynamics, growth strategies, and operational performance to support investment decisions and value creation.

Prior to joining Roland Berger, Sean held senior leadership roles in top-tier advisory firms, where he built and managed private equity accounts and advised PE firms and corporate M&A clients on transformative. He is passionate about mentoring future leaders and advancing diversity initiatives within the industry.

Sean holds an MBA in Finance, Strategy, and International Business from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BS in Civil/Environmental Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology.
